This means that the Boca Juniors move through to the Regionals which take place in Denver, Colorado! It will be challenging for the team to raise the funds that are needed to travel to Colorado for the next round of competition. Please pass the word that donations are welcome (and needed) and if you have any successful fund-raising strategies please let us know.
~Beach Chalet Athletic Fields
If you would like to see turf fields at Beach Chalet, it would be a good idea to plan to send a few kids and an adult (or just an adult is fine) to the hearing on May 24th.
Our Green 2000 and Green 2001 Boys teams are looking for additional players. If you know of any talented kids that want to play at the next level, please contact Mr. Guzman.
~Registration
Thanks to all of the coaches,parents and players that have teams that have registered for the 2012/2013 season. We have been advised that going forward, the only documents that will be accepted for proof of residency are the player’s school report card with the envelope it was sent in will be accepted.
For teams that are not continuing next year, please make sure that your players know that if they still want to play, they should come to MYSL and we will find them a team. There are teams that are looking for players or to combine with other teams.
With the exception of U6-U10 Micro teams, if you have not yet registered, we’re sorry, but its too late. We wish you the best with your new league.
