All SF Teams in CCSL -

If you are doing tourney play this fall during the CCSL season, (which starts 8/25), you must blackout that weekend so you won't get scheduled. CCSL is giving us until tomorrow, Saturday the 11th to do this.

A manager or coach from every team needs to log in to your team's gotsoccer account. (Make sure it is the real one associated with CCSL play, not some orphan account.)

From the welcome screen, click on "applications."

Select "CCSL - Coast Section / Bay Region"

Select the tab "Requests"

Up will come a monthly calendar. Go to the month you have a tourney.

If you have a tourney you've been accepted to, (not just applied to), it may already be in there blacked out. But you have to check. To blackout a weekend, click the red "x" sign on both the saturday and the sunday, and they will turn to a "+" sign. Above the calendar, it should then list the blacked out dates for your team. 

We know MANY TEAMS ARE DOING A TOURNEY 8/25 and 8/26, which is the first weekend of CCSL play. So you MUST blackout those dates.

This will prevent serious problems down the road. Yes, it means you have to decide now which last weekends of the fall months you will do a tourney. 

If you are not doing any tournaments during the season, you don't have to do anything.

Please make sure that you have filled out the team census form on the Viking web site.

Coaches - please make sure that your team requests both September 29 and 30 as black-out dates for any home game.  We will have no fields available to us due to the Golden Gate Invitational tournament scheduled for that week-end.

Please save the date of September 5, 2012 for our Annual General Meeting.  An email will come to you soon with more information about the meeting, but please be informed that this is a mandatory meeting for all coaches.  As we did last year, we will be distributing the coach's passes for 2012/2013 at this meeting.  More to follow.
